Laeta Living is an over 50's lifestyle village who may be working or retired. Laeta Living is a Queensland family owned and operated company which has designed, built and managed lifestyle parks for a number of years. The lifestyle village features from one bedroom up to 3 bedroom homes on landscaped grounds will facilities such as; recreation centre, swimming pool, BBQ area and community bus. Laeta Living master planned communities have everything you need and everything you want at a price most homeowners can comfortably afford.

You select a site, home design and list of inclusions. Once you are happy with the house design and block of land you will be asked to enter a building contract and put down a deposit, to commence construction on your new home!

You may sell your home at any time or leave it to your estate. The next owner must be over 50 to be able to occupy the home, if you are wishing to sell.

Family and friends are always welcome, conditions apply within the park rules that allow for long term and short term visitors. Children are welcome on a short term basis.

People recieving Centrelink benefits may be entitled to rent assistance. Individual home owners are assessed by Centerlink on a case by case basis.

Residents are responsilbe for maintaing the front, rear and sides of their site. Caretaker will mantain the community areas.

All villages are conventilaty located near medical facilities, shopping and entertainment precints and transport. Buyers can choose from 2 locations.

Pets are welcome as part of your family. Pets must be approved by village management and owners adhere to our pet policy.

Laeta Living Villages feature a variety of outstanding village facilities. Hectares of landscaped ground and boulevards make early morning walks a pleasure at these pet friendly villages. All villages have a recreation centre, pool, and outdoor BBQ area to entertain your guests at your pleasure. *Facilities vary between villages.

The villages are designed for active over 50's who might be working or retired.

A deposit secures a conditional first option on a preferred site.

We do the best of our ability to suit the homeowner needs to be able to fit in a recreational vehicle into their garage. We also have other storage areas available onsite.
